Lake Trip- Day One

Day one of our lake trip adventure was filled with a full day of travel, the kids did great! We arrived early to eat lunch and have time going through security- Frontier airlines had another plan for us as they were at lunch. So we sat around, walked around and attempted to keep the kiddos happy. We finally get through all of that and venture over to the security line. Our last travel experience through the airport resulted in a very stressful experience. Bailey was hungry so our timing was not so great, thankfully I had a bag full of snacks and we flew through security without any issues from our littlest traveler. While standing in line we happened to be standing right behind a old friend. She's a singer in New York City and was on The Voice. It was so great seeing her and visiting with her.
The first flight Bailey slept the majority of the trip and did great!

We arrived in Denver late and literally walked out of one gate and onto the other. I changed Bailey's diaper next to the ticketing desk...she was not thrilled. Once we got up in the air and she was able to sit in a seat she did great. She loved sharing a seat with Jaxson. He wasn't too thrilled, but he's such a good brother and did whatever would make her happy.
We landed right on time and had a short hour drive out to the lake. We arrived to the lake just in time to see our first of MANY gorgeous sunsets!!!
