New project
Well if you haven't heard the news we purchased an acre of land in Georgetown- about 20 minutes from where our current house is. We have purchased the home plans and in 2009 we will begin the biggest project of our lives...our dream home. Did I mention we are always busy...why not add to it. We've decided that January 16th will be the official date that our current house will go on the market- so we are busy packing boxes to make our current home look even bigger. In the little free time we have left, Scott- along with family and friends- have started clearing the land. I was out there for the ceremonial tree cutting and even took the chainsaw and cut a branch as well. While there are a lot of Oak trees on the lot- there are also ugly Cedar trees- which will be coming down.

Trip to the Capitol tree
We took Jaxson to the Capitol in Austin to see the Christmas tree that they put up. He really enjoyed getting out of the stroller & running around on the grass. We got some really cute pictures that I wanted to share.

Christmas 2008
We had a wonderful Christmas this past week. Jaxson had his first trip to see Santa, I'm not sure what he asked for but Santa did bring him some little goodies- not that he needed anything more after his wonderful birthday party. Christmas eve was spent with the Powers family this year & Christmas afternoon with the Richters. It was a fun few days and a busy one for the little man. Here's some pictures of our holiday.

Welcome...
Welcome to The Richter Zone....we've decided to come into the new technology & see how a blog works for our family. We always have so many photos to share & little stories- I figured instead of clogging up the inbox I can try out this new method.
