January Update
This month has been a busy one with getting back into school, back to the normal routine and fighting off a variety of illnesses! I can say we've all been to the doctor this month for one reason or another- I'm done with that and seriously hoping we are on the mend! Please don't mention the word flu to me- I will run away as fast as possible leaving a trail of antibacterial wipes along the way. Its the one thing we haven't gotten yet and the one thing I do NOT want at this house!
So when we weren't sick we were finding fun ways to play inside because of the cold and the rain.
We celebrated Ian's fourth birthday at Lake Georgetown and enjoyed some fun time playing with him celebrating his special day.
Jaxson had a day off from school this month so I worked from home and his best friend Branson came over for the day. They both decided it was the best day ever! How cute are they!
The past couple of weeks we've had the most amazing weather. I've found a few days to get the kids over to the park for some extra play outside. What a blessing those times have been to enjoy the beautiful weather and play!
We went to Bransons birthday party at Main Event, the kids had a blast! I've never won anything in those games where you try to pick up a toy- but who would guess- the first time we tried we won this cute pink dinosaur! Bailey was so excited! Jaxson loved the arcade games and had a blast at the party.
Last weekend we picked up our neighbor friends and headed over to the park for a few hours of play. It was gorgeous- like I came home with a sunburn! The kids had a blast and I sure enjoyed the time outside.
Jaxson had his 7 year well check, his vision is great, he's in the 60% range for both weight and height. He's right on track in every area! I still can't believe he's 7, he's changing so much every week. He has the biggest heart and the sweetest little man ever! We just love him so much!!
