First day of 2nd grade

Jaxson's first day of 2nd grade was a success! His teacher this year is Mrs. Sprinkle and for the third year in a row his friend Brayden is in his class. They were lucky to be able to pick desks next to each other. He had a fantastic first day and loved seeing his friends!
                        
His first day of school outfit consisted of a Texas Rangers t-shirt, new shoes & his awesome new backpack- this kid is too easy!!
                                                           
This year he's at Bill Burden, which is where he does YMCA so he was familiar with the school.
  
  
2nd grade is going to be amazing!

Annual Zilker Trip

This past weekend we took our annual trip to Zilker. The kids had a blast playing in the park, riding the train, canoeing & checking out the water.

Bailey scratched her leg before walking down to the water so she wasn't as interested in the water.
     
   
After Zilker we headed over to Lucky's on 5th street for the most amazing Italian Puccia! Jaxson ate practically an entire pizza! This is one growing boy these days!!
What a fun tradition and great adventure to create memories as a family!

Jaxson's Summer Camp

Jaxson had such a great summer at the Primrose Summer Camp. Each day was filled with something fun and each week included several amazing Field Trips. Jaxson's friend Jackson who lives in our street was there all summer and they have grown to be really great friends! Here's some fun pictures of his summer adventures with camp.
