Bailey has picked up sitting so quickly, she just loves being up and checking everything out. We were sitting in the backyard watching Jaxson play today when we took these pictures, I just love these adorable pictures of our cutie!

These two are just so adorable together! This picture of me and Bailey was taken by Jaxson. He's quite talented with the camera already!!

Rice Cereal

We started rice cereal this week. I fully prepared the "stink face"..you know the first bite when the baby is confused about what is going in there mouth....we did not get that! Bailey was ready to go with the rice cereal and loved it from the first bite!

She of course hasn't grasped the concept of keeping the hands out of the mouth, but that's to be expected. The arms wide out waiting for the next bite just cracked us up!

She was a mess...and the dogs were right there by her side waiting for whatever would fall to them. We're so glad rice cereal has gone so well, I have a feeling she's going to continue to be a good eater.

Race Day

The line up for race day showed for some fierce competition...but with the strong sponsorship of 3M and the backing of the Aggies...Jaxson was sure to be the winner :)

The faces in these two photos crack me up!!

Insurance has been called for this collision..luckily minimal damage occurred :)

In the end "Another Left Turn" took first place for the first round of faces! A winning prize of ice cream was enjoyed by all.

Project Box Car

The annual box car races at school have come again and this year Jaxson was ready to race. Last year we were out of town and missed out on the fun. The boys had a BLAST preparing for the races. Pre-fab began with a plain box...

Next was the beginning stages of painting...day one...

The finished product "Another Left Turn" had seen quite the transformation and was ready to hit the pavement for race day!

Jaxson

This sweet four year old is....in love with his sister, a friend and a pest to his dogs, a fan of all sports, always asks "which team are we going for" when watching sports, can sit in front of Nascar for hours.

This sweet four year old is...by the side of his daddy at all times, loves being outside and getting dirty, loves to pretend and tell stories, loves helping me cook dinner or bake something.

This sweet four year old...hates having "crazy hair", loves going to church and learning more about God, can count to 100 and higher, loves to learn and ask millions of questions, loves coloring and drawing.

This sweet four year old is....very friendly and will chat with anyone he meets, has an incredible vocabulary and loves to tell you how a word sounds in spanish...which is never even close! Loves spelling new words and always says to do it "one at a time" so he can repeat it back.

This sweet four year old....loves "surprises", always wants to be busy, hates taking naps, could talk about absolutely nothing for hours, is the biggest helper to his mommy and daddy, has the most incredible memory..which can be good and bad at times...

This sweet four year old...is the sweetest, most incredible little man and we are SO incredibly proud of the precious little man that he is growing up to be!
