Lake Vacation 2015 Part 3

July 4th brought lots of fun! We were really getting used to the lake life and vacation in general...like sleeping in past 9am...hello and thank you!!

We borrowed lots of toys from the neighbors!

We bought a few fireworks of our own to set off.

For the big show we went down the street to see the display from a guy we heard spent around $3k in fireworks. Bunca brought out these headphones for the kids which was huge! Bailey hates the sound of fireworks and she did great with her headphones on. The mosquitoes were a bit much for us that night, next time I think we'll go out on the lake to get away from the bugs!

The next day the kids checked out the garden and were able to pick their own strawberries.

We headed up the road to a little park similar to Kiddie Acres that's here in Austin. The kids had a great time and we really enjoyed the Putt Putt.
