Galveston 2012- Day 2

This is the house we scored on Pirates Beach, this is such a nice clean beach. This is our second year on Pirates Beach and I feel confident it won't be our last!

Day 2 kicked off with an incredible breakfast and relaxing morning leading into a fun day at the beach. The kids were so ready to go so we loaded up our gear and headed over. We had chairs and umbrellas in the water and on the shore, it was great!

Bailey enjoyed the water, but really just for a short bit. I'm not sure if it was allergies that were bothering her or what her deal was. Honestly it could have been the incredible sun that had no where to hide. Either way she wasn't exactly a beach bum this trip, but did enjoy a few splashes into the water.

Jaxson on the other hand was in heaven! He and Nathan even had a seat in the water that they kicked back in. Such a tough life at the beach :)

These are our fabulous neighbors, they also brought along another friend who is super sweet as well.

 

Day 2 brought sun, lots of sand, and great memories...success in my book!
