Exotic Zoo

A few weeks ago we stopped at the Exotic Zoo when we were in Johnson City, it was AMAZING! We laughed and laughed and laughed, this is a place we will stop at again and certain we will love it every time! While we were waiting for the tour to start we hung out in the petting area. The animals were everywhere- some freaked out Bailey while trying to chase her and were excited that she was their size :) Jaxson was fearless, he loved this area!

This porcupine was crazy! He was pulling on the metal cage with his teeth trying to pull it apart.

This hairy guy was first up on the tour, we had a bucket of food and he was ready for his meal. That tongue freaked me out!

This one was hilarious! There were a few animals that they said to drop food in their mouth, well Scott missed the mouth and dropped it in his nostril! That animal snotted right in Scotts face after that happened- GROSS...but oh so funny!!

The camels were HUGE and really ready to eat! This guy had no problems sticking his head in the trailer and eating out of the buckets!

The ostriches were huge and really ready to eat. This was an animal they said to put two hands on the bucket and let them eat out of it- they were wild! I got a slow motion video of them pecking at the bucket of the family next to us. This second picture is the male- he was HUGE!

Every time we would stop to feed the animals or pet them Jaxson was hanging out of the trailer at his waist to pet the animals- fearless!!!

The Zebras were so pretty! We were on the best side of the trailer, all of the animals came to our side.

This Bison was at the end and he was massive! They had a baby Bison there too that wasn't ready to come up to the trailer but was so cute to see. Another animal with a massive tongue!

This picture cracks me up- the animal were constantly following the trailer trying to get more food at each stop. The Lamas were hilarious, they followed us throughout the entire park, watching them run with all of their hair flying everywhere was so funny!
