A few weeks ago we went out to the Zilker Park Kite Festival. The weather was great, the wind was perfect and our afternoon was fantastic! The boys even snagged up a free kite from some random guy who gave it away! Score!
We snacked on festival style food...Jaxson's first funnel cake, he loved it! Who doesn't? :)
Bailey enjoyed the freedom of roaming around and loved all of the kites!
We chose a less populated area to fly the kite. You had to keep your head up though or you'd be wrapped up in someones string or the next target for the kite dropping out of the sky.
It was a great afternoon and nice to make good memories with kids.
