Two Months

Today our adorable little girl is two months old! What a fun month of milestones we have celebrated over the last month. The biggest excitement for this past month has been her beautiful smile. Her first official smile was for her daddy which was such an exciting moment. Each day she shows us her smiles is like the first day we saw it- we get excited and we too are ear to ear smiles along with her.

Bailey continues to love to lay on her back and kick around. She's had quite a growth spurt and is out of the newborn clothes and even has a few 3-6 month outfits that will fit her. She's slowly starting to lose hair around her face but no major bald spots in the back. She still has a lot of hair and a lot of hair that stands straight up. There's just no controlling her wild hair!

Bailey is on schedule for the most part- this little girl loves her naps...and needs her naps. She's certainly the opposite of her brother in that area. We've seen a lot more of her personality develop in this last month, along with a little girl drama. She certainly knows what she likes and will let you know at any given moment. Right now she's very much a mama's girl, especially at night. We go for her two month check up this next week so we'll have more stats after that appointment. These next few weeks will bring lots of change as I will be going back to work. Bailey will be going to the same school as Jaxson and will have an excellent teacher who used to be in the infant room when he was a baby. While I know she will be in good hands I'm super sad to have to go back to work. I plan on going up to school to visit her during my lunch hours, which will be a nice break for my day.
